Our class time will involve flashcards, games, songs, and other visual aides to assist in learning the targeted Japanese language for each session. The goal for all students will be to introduce themselves completely at the end of their 4 week course. This will include greetings, name, age (numbers 1-10), and likes (colors). We will explore how greetings relate to the culture in Japan and how very important it is to show respect to the person you are talking to. We will learn vocabulary for common greetings, numbers, ages, and colors. Each week students will receive a PDF of target language and a video created by sensei to review. Their will also be other handouts, links, and content after every class. Schedule: Week 1 - Greetings Week 2 - Numbers 1-10 and Age Week 3 - Colors and Likes Week 4 - Review and Presentation
