Description

Class Experience

I am a very patient, creative and upbeat teacher. I want kids to look forward to my lessons and learn as much as possible.  
We will read stories on a variety of topics, focusing on your learner's fluency. 

What will be taught? Reading fluency will be taught. 
What topics will you cover? We'll cover whatever reading topics the learner wants to read. 
How is your class structured? At the start of each class, we'll talk about our days and then jump into reading.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Get Epic

1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

I'll be using a third-party tool called getepic.com. I'll be sharing the stories on my screen. There is no need to purchase anything unless you want it to practice with during the week. After using my own material, if the learner is reading on a level beyond what I have or I feel a story on getepic.com would keep their interest more, then I will use that tool.
