What happens when you give a Mouse a cookie? Does he take a nap? Does he go for a bike ride? Or does he need something else... This class is focused on the silly tale, "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" and journey this sweet little mouse takes. Class will begin with introductions and predictions, before reading the story. Students will be encouraged to share their thoughts and any connections they make prior to our read aloud. After reading the book, we will discuss the things the Mouse needed before circling back to the beginning of his journey again. We will work on math activity together, and there will be a craft available for students to complete if we do not have time in class for both. This is a social and fun class for little learners who love a good, silly story!
