This class will meet weekly and learners will bring a book they are comfortable reading to practice their read aloud skills within a group.

Welcome to Primary Book Club! This class will allow students to bring a book to class and read it aloud to the group. Read aloud and shared reading skills will be practiced in this class, allowing students to gain confidence while increasing their communication skills. I believe in empowering students, so by giving them the opportunity to bring a book they are comfortable with sharing they have control over their learning. The goal is to provide a supportive, small group environment that will encourage students to practice their reading skills and support the others as well. We will share our favorite book series and give reading suggestions each week.
