Have you ever wondered how are bodies are able to move in so many different ways? We are able to jump, walk up stairs, do gymnastics, smile, eat a banana, and ride a bike all with the help of our muscles. There are so many different muscles in our bodies that help us to do the things we want to do. How crazy! In this one-time crash course students will learn about the basics of the human muscular system. We will discuss how muscles are attached to our bodies and how those attachments help...
Students will learn the basics of the human muscular system. We will learn about different muscles and the movements that they produce.
No homework will be required for this course.
Access to optional worksheets will be provided by the teacher on the classroom page following this class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Progress will not be assessed due to this being a one time crash course. We will only be able to scratch the surface during this class! If students want a more in depth look into the muscular system, keep an eye out for my ongoing course on the muscular system coming soon!
