Have you ever wondered how are bodies are able to move in so many different ways? We are able to jump, walk up stairs, do gymnastics, smile, eat a banana, and ride a bike all with the help of our muscles. There are so many different muscles in our bodies that help us to do the things we want to do. How crazy! In this one-time crash course students will learn about the basics of the human muscular system. We will discuss how muscles are attached to our bodies and how those attachments help our bodies move! Students will learn through virtual discussion with both the instructor and their classmates. This course will utilize visual aids and many activities to help reinforce what the students are learning. There will be plenty of time for questions and responding to the taught material.
