Beginner - Advanced Level
This 60-minute interactive workshop is designed to help high school students study more effectively using science-backed learning techniques. Based on research from Stanford neuroscientist Andrew Huberman, students will engage in hands-on activities to improve their focus, memory retention, and overall learning efficiency—without unnecessary stress. Students will walk away with practical, science-based techniques to study smarter, not harder.
