AP Chemistry Exam Prep Boot Camp

I have been an AP Chemistry classroom teacher and tutor for over 14 years, working with students from diverse backgrounds and learning abilities. Throughout my career, I have taught in various educational settings, as well as one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions.

A key aspect of my experience has been building and developing AP Chemistry programs at different private schools. I have successfully increased student interest and enrollment in AP Chemistry while also raising the average AP exam scores achieved by my students on the College Board's AP Chemistry exam. My approach emphasizes conceptual understanding, hands-on learning, and strategic test preparation, helping students not only master the content but also develop confidence in problem-solving and critical thinking.

Additionally, I have worked with students across a wide range of academic abilities, including those needing specialized support, enrichment opportunities, or accommodations. My teaching philosophy centers on making chemistry engaging, accessible, and relevant while providing the tools students need to excel in both coursework and standardized testing.
