This class will teach the concepts of a SMART goal and how to create and implement a SMART goal. The class is structured for no more than 4 students so that everyone is comfortable to interact and participate. Each scholar will leave this course set up for success with at least one goal set! This class will have slides as visuals with scenarios to support understanding.
