Students are assessed as they participate in class. When I put my hand to my ear, students shouldr respond. I will be watching to see who responds and participates in class.Class Experience
US Grade Kindergarten
Does your child need extra practice learning letters and sounds? How about Math vocabulary? Well if so this class is for them! I will teach letters, sounds and vocabulary reviewing and expanding on what 4K/TK students learned this year. Is your child new to sounds and letters? Well they can come too. Part A mostly celebrates on letter and sound review. Then I incorporate reading and blending with the letters and sounds reviewed and taught. I will also teach sight words and CVC words! As a 4K teacher myself, I know exactly what the kids need! As a parent/guardian, as class starts you can tell me what exactly your child needs through commenting on the Outschool platform. Then I will add them to class. I will personalize class for my learners! :) I will teach important Math vocabulary as well (Addition, subtraction and things your child will need for school! We will have fun, dance and sing plus learn new vocabulary! PART B focuses on preparing for kindergarten by blending CVC words and reading more sign words.
