This four-week long class is geared towards learners who have already completed Frozen Ballet: Four Week Class (Ages 3-4) - Parts 1, 2, and 3. We will review the basic ballet steps from the previous sessions such as first and second positions, pliés, tondues, passés, jetés, temps lié, and arabesques. We also will learn new steps such each week! For example, week one - third position, week two - battement, week three - grande jete, and week four - piqué (these are subject to change to best meet the learners where they are!). We also will make sure to practice acting like our favorite friends from Arendelle, and maybe even sing with them while we dance! Each class will include a welcome "circle", short warmup, movement based songs, step of the week, combination, and goodbye song. We also will be working towards a final routine. We will review and add on to our cumulative dance routine each class. It is my number one priority that every dancer feels comfortable in my class and has a great time. I can't wait to dance with you and all of our favorite Frozen friends!

Parental Guidance
Please make sure your dancer has some room to move around in. Also please have your dancer wear something they are comfortable dancing in. If they would like, they are more than welcome to wear their favorite Frozen/Prince/Princess costume.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

My name is Esther Katz and I can't wait to dance and have so much fun with you! I have taught dance and theater classes for over four years. I also have worked as a Lead Preschool Teacher. I am currently a student at Hofstra University earning my degrees in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Education, and History.
My classes cover tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary, and theater. My goal is that every learner feels confident, comfortable, and successful during and after every class. I can't wait to meet you!
