Class Experience

US Grade 9 - 12

Hello Book Lovers!! This book club will be very fun and interactive book club. Each month we will read a different book that varies in genre ranging from historical fiction to romance to fantasy. Each week there will be a discussion about the chapter read that previous week. There will be a discussion about characters, plot and vocabulary. The book schedule will be below and once the learner is enrolled the book chapter schedule will be emailed to the learner

Parental Guidance

All the books selected are age-appropriate but parents please do review the books that will be discusses in this course that might include some sensitive topics such as violence, sexual conduct, and alcohol.

Learner will only need to bring  the book to class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Being an educator for about eight years I have seen the learners love for reading drop greatly. Reading has become more of chore than a fun activity and my goal is to bring back the fun in reading books again.  I have been a avid reader since I was young. I love reading, discussing different books I've read and I want grow a community of young readers who love to read just like I did when I was young.
