In this class we will be introducing acrylic fluid art by using the "flip cup" technique. NOTE: This class is MESSY. We will start the class by setting up, mixing our paints and then move on to our pouring. During and after class we will share our paintings with the group, identify any shapes we may see, and share what we enjoy about each other's paintings. I will also share information about drying and safekeeping. Teacher expertise and credentials
*****Due to health reasons, I am currently taking a break from teaching. Thank you for your interest in my classes, I look forward to meeting your learners in the future!*****
Hi there! I am a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom of three. I have been homeschooling my children since 2013 and I wouldn't have it any other way! Learning can be fun, even adventurous! I have found that student led learning has been more beneficial and more enjoyable than other methods I have tried. When children are given the opportunity to do the things they're interested in, the more they want to learn and the more they enjoy the process. It's an exciting method of learning!
I am passionate about teaching arts and crafts. Upcoming classes may include, but not limited to, crocheting, knitting, painting, weaving, paper crafts, upcycling and repurposing.
