Beginner Level
This class was made with little ones in mind.  It's never too early to start thinking about money.  Some of the information will be easy, some may be a little tough - but the exposure to these topics is fantastic, especially when simplified.  They'll start to see it all around them.  It'll spark a new way of thinking and insight into the world.  

We'll learn many different ways to earn money, figure out your special skills and brainstorm ways you can make money on your own!

Students don't need to attend classes with any experience or knowledge of these topics.

Learning Needs
Walter the Vault's financial literacy classes are a good fit for kids with special learning needs & disabilites (ADHD, dyspraxia, etc.). We use colors, music, characters, and games in every slide to make learning easy, fun, and inclusive.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Walter the Vault's team of teachers all agree:  financial literacy is so fun and valuable to teach to kids!  The class creation & teacher training is led by Kelly Kirk (out of Seattle, USA).  Kelly is a certified teacher with international experience teaching thousands of kids over the past decade.  She has run her own acting skills for kids and worked as a green screen actress in Shanghai for immersive, educational games for kids.  Kelly was also a finalist for "Rising Leader" in the 2023 Wonder Women Awards (Women in Toys).  She is so passionate and determined to create fantastic resources with "Walter the Vault" that help kids love learning about money.  Her team shares that enthusiasm and helps bring this great dream to life.  Walter the Vault was originally founded by the spectacular, award-winning Tax Attorney, Karen Tenenbaum, CPA, E.Q.
