Students will review daily math facts.
Students will gain knowledge of 1st & 2nd-grade math lessons and concepts.
Students will practice utilizing the hundreds chart when doing math facts.  

I am a certified teacher with 15+ years of teaching in the public, private, homeschool, university, online or private tutoring sector. I have been Charlotte Mason trained through Ambleside. I have a dynamic teaching style and animated approach to teaching and learning.  I've taken morning meeting and writers notebook workshops and have years of classroom experience implementing this in my classroom and tutoring sessions. I'm trained to teach Saxon math in grades 1-4 and utilize a variety of methods in order to be successful.   I am a mental health workshop facilitator which provides resiliency skills to kids through games, role playing, crafts and socratic group discussions. My socratic discussion style helps all kids look beyond the surface and critically think for themselves.

This class is perfect. It is the first class we’ve taken at Outschool where I felt like the teacher was a real school teacher. Her lessons are just enough repetition to be good for memorization but not to become boring. My daughter looks forward to her class every day.
