Class experience
This course is designed to assist your child to move confidently and courageously through life with a deeper understanding and thinking ability. By the end of the course, kids realize how powerful they are through their thoughts, words, beliefs and positive actions. I created "21 Lessons To Empower The New Age Kid" from a series of mindfulness discussions to my daughter's homeschool group (ages 4-17). In addition, I've taught the lessons at middle school summer camps and afterschool programs and the kids really enjoyed them. I'm excited to offer this program to a wider range of kids.
