***Students with little or no experience using Procreate should complete the Procreate 101 course first. Students will learn in a small group via zoom video chat with Cara. Instruction will be given step-by-step and students will be assisted along the way. No prior knowledge is required for this course. Students will learn some basics about using the digital art application Procreate. Students will create a silhouette of an animal and learn to fill in the background of their canvas with fun, zany designs. Student Materials Needed: *Ipad *Procreate Drawing App ($9.99 in the App Store) *Stylus - An Apple Pencil is best, but any stylus can be used.
Learning Goals
*Students will learn some Procreate basics.
*Students will learn some fun zentangle style designs to enhance their work.
*Students will learn about how to create balance in their work.
*Students will learn to import images into Procreate and use those images in their work.
