Class Experience

The learner will gain a working knowledge of the Microsoft PowerPoint program so they can use it to create a well planned presentation.
I have 20 years of experience teaching computer applications including all of the Microsoft Office Suite at the middle and high school level and 15 years at the college level. I have a Master of Science degree in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems.
Student is required to complete PowerPoints, projects and quizzes presented during class and submit at the end of class for grading.
All assignments are due by the following Saturday.
Certificate upon successful completion.
No live meetings, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.

At the beginning of each week I send a:

* link to a video that I have made specifically for the class
 	* Document that goes over the new skill sets step-by-step.
 	* When complete the learner submits the lesson.
 	* I review the lesson and send a detailed message with corrections if needed.
 	* The learner corrects the errors and re-submits.

During the week I am always available to answer any questions or schedule a brief meeting with them on Zoom if necessary.
