Students will learn: * What to consider when setting up a study schedule * How to determine when to take breaks * Optimal activities for breaks (and what NOT to do) * Factors that make a good study space * Ideas for how to create a study space when you don't have permanent space There may be time at the end of the class session for questions and answers. If this is not possible, instructor will post a Q&A thread in the classroom where students can ask questions and get answers after the live session.

This course is optimal for students enrolled in online or in-person classes as well as those doing intensive self-study.
Supply List
A reference sheet for study space considerations and a schedule template will be provided and should be printed out before class.
