I am excited to present this class to you because I have extensive experience with teaching coping skills and anxiety management to middle and high schoolers. I have a degree in psychology with a concentration in child development. I worked with our local community service board in the school system for 8 years working with children and teens ages 3-18. I taught a weekly group about self-image and creating positive self-esteem, and did individual counseling daily.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
