Class Experience
- Students will learn the basic elements of criminal procedure - Students will learn to look for the little details, think through a problem, and not settle on the first answer that jumps to mind - Students will have a broader understanding of the world of criminal procedure, understand their Constitutional protections, and be able to speak intelligently about the topic

2 files available upon enrollmentEither print out the Discussion Outline or have it available to type on for the class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students may need to do some reading of Supreme Court cases between classes to have a deeper understanding of the topic.
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
With all of my Criminal Law or Criminal Procedure classes, I strongly encourage parents to look over the Discussion Outlines to make sure the content is suitable for their learner. We discuss crimes of all sort, ranging from murder to property crimes, so please be aware of that. Please message me if you have any issues.
