Minecraft: Code Adventures – An Exciting Journey into Coding!
Class Experience:
Get ready for an exciting coding adventure in Minecraft! In Minecraft: Code Adventures, learners will explore the world of programming using Minecraft Code Builder, a fun and interactive coding tool designed for beginners and experienced coders alike. Through engaging challenges and creative problem-solving, students will use block-based coding (similar to Scratch) to complete tasks, build structures, and create their own in-game projects.
What Will Be Taught?
This camp is designed to introduce and develop key coding concepts through interactive, game-based learning.
Learners will:
Use loops and conditionals to create efficient and logical code.
Explore event-driven programming to create automated builds and interactions.
Learn about algorithms and debugging to refine their code.
Work on a collaborative coding project, such as building a city using Minecraft Code Builder.

Week 1 and 2 - Learn basic coding in Minecraft Code Builder. Set a path to help the sea Turtle.

Week 3 and 4 - Learn how to clone items in Minecraft Code Builder

Week 5 and 6  - Learn about Fill Code and build structures

Week 7 and 8 - Learn how to clone structures and modify them and build a Castle

Finish up any coding projects that you have worked on during the program.
