Students will improve their confidence skill gaining knowledge about how to take responsibility for their actions, their moods and energy. This will help them understand there confidence level and how they can increase it.
I have obtained a Building Self Confidence Certification from International Open academy. I have been a mentor to High School students throughout my career. Students need to learn more about Self Confidence and how Self Confidence goes beyond just looking good. It is about one's thoughts, moods, energy, behaviors and what one does that builds on to our Self Confidence.
Students will need to bring to class pencil, eraser and notebook.
