To develop self-awareness skills, including the ability to recognize and identify emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. To learn strategies for regulating and managing emotions, such as mindfulness techniques, deep breathing, and positive self-talk. To identify personal strengths, values, and interests to develop a positive self-image and self-esteem. To set achievable goals, develop action plans, and track progress to enhance self-management skills. To enhance communication and conflict resolution skills, including active listening, empathy, negotiation, and finding win-win solutions. To develop a growth mindset by embracing challenges, learning from mistakes, and seeing setbacks as opportunities for growth and improvement. To build resilience and coping strategies to manage stress and adversity. To foster a sense of personal responsibility, including taking ownership of one's emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and respecting others' boundaries.
