Space is fascinating. There are hundreds of scientist devoted to learning about space each and every day. Many children grow up hoping to be an astronaut in order to have a once in a life time opportunity to travel to space and see the world from a different perspective. In this class students will learn what it takes to become an astronaut, about famous astronauts, and fun facts. Students will receive two recipes. One recipe will guide students through eh process of making astronaut pudding while the other recipe will show the students how to make astronaut ice cream at home with an adult. Students do not need prior knowledge to take this course. Also Note: Siblings and Co-Learners must be enrolled to attend and participate in class. *This class will still be taught with only one learner. Parents will be notified if no other learners have enrolled 24 hours prior to class, confirming that their learner is comfortable with a one on one class. Cancelation due to low enrollment is at the discretion of the parent only. I, the teacher, will not cancel the class due to low enrollment. *
Learning Goals
Students will increase their knowledge of astronaut facts, the steps it takes to become an Astronaut, famous astronauts and how to make astronaut ice cream and pudding.

Parental Guidance
Students may need adult assistance to mix the proper ingredients of ice cream pudding and to cut the ziploc bag.
