This is an ongoing class designed to support learners in their AP Statistics curriculum in a small group setting. I am an experienced AP Statistics tutor and I have designed this class to follow alongside typical pacing in an AP Statistics class. I am knowledgeable about what students need to know to do well on the AP Statistics exam and I teach with this in mind. Please preview the planned topics alongside your learners AP Statistics syllabus to ensure the class is the right fit. If in doubt, consult your learner's primary Statistics instructor to see if this class would be appropriate. Class begins with an interactive lecture to review the concept of the day with many opportunities to ask and answer questions. (Around 15 - 20 minutes) We then move into practising AP Exam style free-response or multiple choice questions. Students are able to submit specific questions from their AP Statistics class prior to our meeting via the Outschool classroom page and if it fits in with the weeks topic, I'll be happy to include it in the class discussion. At the end of class, we will often play a Kahoot or another type of review game.
