Description

Class Experience

This is an American History course taught in four lessons that covers the timeline including the years 1754-1774. Range of topics for the lessons include the French and Indian War and its aftermath, the various Acts levied by the English Crown against the colonies, the Boston Massacre, the first Continental Congress and more. Students will participate in lecture and discussion on the range of topics and will be asked to construct a timeline for each lesson with an accompanying written...

Students will need a notebook for notes and reflective writing. A handout for reading will be provided each week.

1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
