US Grade Pre - Kindergarten-2
This is a one-time lesson about honeybees. We will learn about its life cycle, habitat, and other interesting facts. We will learn through stories and videos. Our class will begin with the story, then move to the video, and finish with a related bug craft. We will ask and answer questions related to honeybees and hives. I like to know what kind of insects the students have where they live. I like to use PowerPoint to show the stories and videos. We will work together on the craft related to...
There may be some craft prep work needed, depending on the craft. We will try and complete the craft in class, but dependent on a student's skill level, may be finished outside of class.
2 files available upon enrollmentStudents will need the print out, crayons/markers/colored pencils, glue or glue stick, and scissors.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Younger students may need some assistance with the craft portion of the class.
