Class Experience

The Algebra 1 Class is structured into four quarters with nine, one-hour sessions per quarter. The second quarter covers key concepts including, multiplying and dividing polynomials, factoring trinomials, factoring quadratics and more.
The classes are designed for students ages 13-15 and are relevant to students who need challenged in their current math studies, including 8th grade students who would benefit from support, and high school students who need a review of their foundational understanding of Algebra 1 concepts. Homework is not required, however problem exercises are available for students who would like the addition practice.
Classes are open to eight students maximum and are accessed via the Zoom Platform. It is not necessary for students to attend all four quarters to participate in the classes.
