1-1 Reading Tutor

Your child will increase their knowledge about reading and gain confidence in their reading skills. A student may not thrive in a larger class setting but may need the one of one reading time to gain the needed confidence to raise their hand or speak up in class. The fear of stuttering over a word or not knowing how to say something can hold a student back.

I will work with your child to increase their vocabulary and raise their confidence. Working on word pronunciations and child's understanding of reading will be geared to their specific needs.

We can work on a book your child loves or whats to read or have sentences put together to read. Feel free to message me any specific requests or goals you are looking for your own child to accomplish.

My style of teaching is encouraging, asking questions, and giving your child time to work through what they're learning. Through years of nannying, reading with children, and working on their reading skills, I believe gives me the understanding and knowledge to help learners.
