I live in Alaska I love animals, horses are my favorite animal. I have 2 pet parakeets, 2 pet cats, and 3 pet goats. I painted this piece in my watercolor class. I have never been very confident in drawing/painting people, this is one of the first paintings I have done of a person and I am very proud of how it turned out.

Hello, im Bailey and im an artist of many mediums, digital and traditional. This is a peice inspired by the first campground we hosted at, in central oregon. During our time in said campground, my parents and i watched smoke jumpers practice in the hills behind our site..it was always something we liked, and so i decided that i would draw it! This peice represents the bond i have with my family because of all the times we shared, watching the jumpers.

Hi, I'm Ivy and, yeah, I drew Sanji from an anime called One Piece. A few years ago, I was watching One Piece for the first time and immediately I was drawn to Sanji. I wasn't sure at the time why, but now I can say with confidence that he has a kind, caring personality that I idolize and look up to. While I may not make it to the final few or is as talented as others, I will always continue drawing and draw Sanji because he makes me feel like I can be somebody.

Hi my name is Everley and this is my self portrait. I painted it because I wanted to create something that inspires other people. Self portraits are special pieces to create and I want people to know how beautiful they are, even if they’re in a place they normally aren’t. My portrait takes place in the mountains, which is one of my favorite places to visit.

When thought about things that inspire me, one thing stood out- memories! I have many inspiring memories, but the most vivid and meaningful are of small moments. This piece is based on one such memory: of holding my dad’s index finger when my hands were too tiny to hold his hand properly. It makes me feel nostalgic, inspired, and maybe a little wistful. It reminds me to appreciate small things while they’re here, and to cherish the love that made me who I am now, even as memories fade with time

Hi. My name is Alexis and I love riding horses. I've been taking lessons since I was 9 years old and I ride all year round. I participate in horse shows and competitions. Horses are so majestic and beautiful. I feel free when I am riding them. I also love brushing them. I especially love all of their unique personalities. This is a picture of one of the horses I enjoy riding and his name is River.

Something about me is that I like to play sports and I like math challenges. I drew this because it was sort of like the movie Inside Out with all the emotions people feel everyday. It makes me feel good because I worked hard on it and it is like a rainbow of emotions.

My name is Juniper and I am 10 years old. My artwork titled Unicorns in New York symbolizes possibility. Even in tough times, imagination can carry us somewhere new. That is why possibility inspires me the most, it can become anything and I want that for everyone!

I’ve always loved art as long as I can remember, but the aspect I love most about it is how a person can imagine what it is. I hope that is what this piece represents to you. This was also a way for me to express different art styles that I admire. My portfolio is primarily all gaming related, and this is my first attempt at drawing...well...myself. I hope you enjoy it!

Being with my family and going to the beach inspires me most. The ocean, sunshine, and time together make my imagination come alive. At the beach, I dream up magical creatures, big adventures, and beautiful worlds. My art shows how love, nature, and special family time can stir wonder and fill my mind with ideas to create.

I have always been fascinated by dinosaurs and could never wrap my mind around the fact that these creatures were Earth's first inhabitants. Although they are gone now, their presence is something recognized by all, even 65 million years later. As such, my picture shows a T-rex, the epitome of the dinosaurs. It captures the bold and fierce nature this creature once had, roaming through the jungle with an intimidating aura. This drawing reminds me to always be confident, no matter the challenge.

“The Greek God” artwork is a…well an artwork of Eros the Greek god of love, people know him now as Cupid. Plus I am also a fan of Percy Jackson and my love for Greek mythology and Percy Jackson inspired this artwork (I also made this word near Valentine’s Day) I hope my artwork is accepted and appreciated. =)

I’m an artist and percussionist. The leaf in the picture is a real leaf that exists. I got the leaf on a visit in Opelousas, LA to see a professional artist that has artwork in museums. Her name is Mare Martin and she is also a gardener. The leaf came from her garden and I painted a still life of it. I creatively added the background from my imagination. When I painted it, I was excited thinking about the colors and how to make it cool. I had fun with it.

I have been a natural artist since I was little. My art styles are mainly realism and anime. This art piece, “Aileen”, was inspired from some of the work of a professional anime artist and is my newest original character. In this piece, I tried to include some defining details of her personality and her own style choices. She sports a playful expression, sailor outfit and bangs. She may inspire me to draw anime more often in the future as I feel she showcases my artistic capability.

Ella is inspired by architecture, understated details, and God’s creations. Reviving Impressionism through the Abstract, she blends varied perspectives, inviting viewers into the canvas. Ella curates a relationship between her art and the beholder, carefully conscious of each piece’s lasting persuasion. This large-scale floral is inspired by the cottage gardens in the front yard of her family home. Gardening and painting swirl together, lifting the viewer’s thoughts to the Creator of it all.

I really love cherry blossoms. I also really love drawing people wearing ruffled clothing or wrinkles. The two just formed together on my paper. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I had considered adding pink, but when I set my pencil down, it just felt finished.

My artwork, Carmel Pups by the Sea, was inspired by the puppies I saw on Carmel Beach during Spring Break two years ago. I wanted to capture how cute and playful they looked together, and this painting makes me feel calm and relaxed because it reminds me of a special day by the ocean.

This is a character from Forsaken, a roblox game, and he is my favorite character. I drew him because he has a very easy and simple design! What inspired me was my brother, because he really likes that game and made a drawing of all the characters for our art class, so I thought I'd make one as well of just one character.

My name is Parker and I made this piece based off of a musician I really like named Marino. In some of his videos he calls himself the homeless marshmallow so that's why I named the piece this. He is someone that inspires me and that's why I made this piece.

Hi, I’m Mia. I was inspired to draw this by my love for cats! Though it is not my cat, which I have two, it reminds me of my cat. I used 2B for outlining and chalk pastels for coloring. I took the risk of at first using alcohol markers, and when I didn’t like it, I decided to use chalk pastels. I had to cut the cat out and glue it on another piece of paper. Thank you for your interest in my drawing!

I love giant pandas! My family and I visited the Panda Sanctuary in Chengdu, China last year. I loved watching them eating bamboos. My art teacher had an Umbrella Project for us to paint whatever we would like, so I painted pandas climbing and playing in bamboo forest because that is their favorite food and home!

This piece was inspired by the Greek myth of Persephone and Hades. It depicts a young Persephone, before she meets the king of the underworld. This is one of my favorite Greek myths, and I even wrote a song about it! I think this is one of my best pieces yet, and hope you like it!

My name is Joshua, and I love art. I have been taking classes on Outschool with Mr. Stokes and Mr. Chris. My piece is about my brother. He passed away at 4, and I didn't get much time with him. In my drawing, I wanted to capture his imagination. I thought about whether he was alive today, and that he would have been ready to graduate high school, work, and travel. However, I was only able to capture his short childhood and things he liked, such as dinosaurs, cars, the beach, and the forest.

I love painting and I created this piece by not trying too hard. I used various materials and a lot of paint! The physical painting is almost like 3D style. Its hanging up in my living room and its A4 size. Most people think I used some artists knives but I did not! Its sponges and brushes.

My name is Ariella and I enjoy drawing both digitally and traditionally. Anime has been a big part of my inspiration and has really reflected in my style (as you can see). The name for this piece comes from the sword Zoro is holding; The Wado Ichimonji. The sword name literally means "straight line through the path of harmony" and holds a great significance in Zoros life. I was inspired to make this piece because I just started watching the One Piece live action series and its totally awesome!

Hi! I am Rafael and my piece is a mix of all things I love. It's a fantasy world called Owlia, the creature with the big nose is a dragon I created called Pigspikoop, I drew myself on top of a hill with my dog Yogi, an owl (my favorite animal) perched on my shoulder and a creature called Flybei. I'm from Colombia and the bird I drew at the right bottom corner is a type of bird there. I love history and aviation so I drew a castle and planes flying in the background, one on a runway platform.

Hi, I'm Samantha! My art piece was inspired by mindfulness and self-reflection. I chose the words aspiring, peace, hope, love, passion and reflection because they inspire and resonate with me. I love art because it is a beautiful way to express yourself and inspires hope.

I love sports and art. I usually draw and paint with water color but was inspired by my older brother to start painting in procreate. The rain storm makes me feel annoyed and stressed until I see the rainbow. First I’m sad because the rainbow is broken, but I notice the rainbow can still reform so then I am happy because it means the sun is coming up. I hope you will enjoy my work.

Hello, my name is Charlotte and I'm so happy to be in this contest! Something that inspired my art was the beautiful, colorful city and the beauty of being up high to see it, and at the same time feeling a calm stillness of being alone and sitting in the rain. I also really wanted to put my OC Nauro in it, and having him looking down on the city, which I think came out really nice! I really hope you like my art!

I found two trees at a place, one was in full bloom and it looked really pretty while, the other was completely dead looking. I was then inspired to draw two trees with one that is full of life, and the other dark. I thought the light bulbs in the back looked pretty, because the place I was at, had a string of light bulbs behind the trees.
Hi my name is Mizla and im 10yo, I started to do Lego stop motion and claymation a couple months ago on an outschool class (I inspired my little brother Mizra to participate as well), I saw the contest and I though to do a Lego stop motion movie, I like animal crossing, so I decided to do a Lego stop motion animal crossing. Thank you

★ This awesome sauce artwork I made is inspired by peaceful and happy moments in nature. I love how animals can live together in a calm, playful way, like sharing a quiet stream or relaxing in the sun. Nature inspires me because it feels gentle, colorful and full of small, joyful moments. It makes me feel safe and happy. :D No matter what I draw, it almost always connects back to nature through the colors, patterns and peaceful feelings I see :] ★

My name is Luca, and I love Poppy Playtime. Some people think it’s scary, but I think it’s exciting and full of mystery. I like figuring out what will happen next and imagining how I would escape. It feels like an adventure in my brain. It makes me feel curious, brave, and proud when I solve things, even if they’re a little scary.

This piece was inspired by Greek mythology, specifically the story of Icarus. This piece is representing the last moments of Icarus’s plummet to the Icarian sea which the sea was named after. This piece makes was a slight depression vibe because of the final moments of reflection of Icarus’s life, and I wonder if he thought he had a good life and if he did okay and what awaits him next, but our eyes will simply never live to tell the tale.

Hi, my name is Olivia and I love animals, nature, and creating art. This is a picture of me (Or you or just someone else)looking up from the ocean floor and seeing all kinds of fish, sea grass, and coral. They also find a seahorse, sea turtle, and a narwhal. On the sides you see are sea rocks.(or maybe just rocks in the ocean)They go from dark to light as representing the dark ocean floor to the rocks near the surface.(or more close to the surface)I hope you find this drawing very cool and fascinating!

I am a huge person that is a part of many different fandoms. One show that really got me into so many others was Generation Loss. This is a depiction of what I thought could have happened at the end. It makes me feel almost proud for this depiction but also suspenseful for what going to happen to the hero.

Sometimes as humans, we forget the true meaning of life. Sometimes we can get addicted to our phones, our iPads, anything that is technology related and we can sometimes forget how beautiful nature really is. Sometimes when I’m stressed I take my dog out for a walk. When it’s nice out everything is so peaceful, you can forget everything that is bothering you in your life. Nature has inspired me to draw this picture because it brings me the most peace and happiness when I’m feeling overwhelmed.

I am a lover of all things found in nature and feel truly inspired being in it. This artwork was inspired by the bison at my local national park, and how they often have large groups of birds following them. I would like to give a special thanks to Nikki Toews, for helping me become the artist I am today.

I love art, and when people hear that they ask me what kind of art I like. The thing is that I like all kinds of art painting, building, sketching I found that art is something that I can use to express myself. I made this peace because of a book that I like to read that's called Warriors, and it's about cats. About a year ago they made a graphic novel, and anytime something exiting was about to happen a bird would show up. So what if it was like that in real life, could you imagen?

I came up with this piece on my own. I saw him in my head and I knew how I wanted Kai to look. I created him for an online role playing class. I drew him with one of his antlers broken because when I first introduced Kai he had run into a wall out of confusion. I call this piece “Liquid Prayers” because words cannot always relay how you feel, and sometimes you just got to let the tears fall and let people see that you feel. When I look at kai in this piece I feel like giving him a big hug.

I am Aadvik from Mrs.Roxy class. I love to draw Anime characters. Jujutsu Kaisen is one of my favorite shows. I like Yuji because he is strong and cool :D

My name is Ellie. I like cats, dogs, tacos, and gaming. What inspired the piece is that I like pastel colors, Kawaii fashion, and gamer cat fashion, too. Plus my love of pets has brought me to a scene that has a girl not pay attention to the sign that says it's a dog park and bring her cat which gets into a scuffle with a dog.

I love animals, especially wolves and baby wolf pups. Wolves are my favorite because they are part of the dog family, and I love dogs. I was inspired to draw this because wolves are strong and protective. They take care of their families and keep each other safe. In my picture, the wolf lives in the mountains like a guardian watching over its home. This makes me feel happy because the wolf is peaceful and free and doing what it loves in nature.

It reminds me of my handheld I got and it makes me happy, the characters in the piece is from the handheld

I enjoy Lego's, reading, building science kits, gaming, nature, and spending time with my family and friends. I also like baseball, swimming, diving, and taekwondo. My art piece was inspired by my uncle. It is colorful with a splash of teeth added in to make the piece Awsome with a dinosaur twist.

Hi! My name is Lindsay and I am turning 14 near the end of April. My piece was inspired by myself and my progression over the years. I wanted to capture how I have changed over the last couple of years. Since I normally do not do self portraits, this was a challenge for me. I have always struggled with portraying myself, or anything related to me, so I am incredibly proud. This was a step out of my comfort zone, and I’m proud of what I have created. Thank you!

My name is Emerson and I am 8 years old. I love to draw because I love seeing the final product of all the lines that you sketch. I was inspired by an anime character who overcame a difficult challenge and this was how he came out alive. It reminds me that I need to keep going through all obstacles even when tired or beat.

Hello! I am Laelah I'm 11 years old, and a young artist. What inspired me to make this art piece? Well for one I am a Swiftie and I love making art, I thought it would be fun to draw The Life of a Showgirl album and plus Taylor Swift is a good person to look up to. Anyways Laelah out! Thanks for reading ^^

I got into art a few years ago. I tried out different styles, and I found I enjoyed fantasy drawings. My inspiration for this drawing was to make people feel as if they were in a fantasy world. The dragon I drew, the colors I used, and my background all conveyed a world of myths. It made me feel imaginative, creative, and proud of my work. I hope to create more pieces like this.
