In this class, students will analyze a well-written sentence. They will identify the grammar concepts in the sentence, the structure of the sentence, and the style of the sentence. Students will use this sentence as an example and will write their own well-written sentence.
I have taught in an elementary school for fourteen years. Many students struggle to write a good quality sentence. It is important that students understand how to write great sentences so they can continue progressing in their writing skills. This class uses a research-based strategy to help students learn how to write a great sentence.
Students will need the following materials for each class: - Weekly Packet (This will be posted in our classroom before each class.) - Pencil - Crayons or Highlighters
