Ready to go on a fun trip? In this class, we will travel to Indonesia, learn some fun facts and then spend the rest of the class making our craft. You will find the list of materials for the craft under the "supply list" tab. I think it's important that children learn about the world around them. It helps them understand and appreciate others. Every country is unique and interesting to learn about. I will facilitate the lesson with information and questions about Indonesia. We will...
I am a certified elementary school teacher and have taught social studies every year. I have backpacked through many countries around the world. This has given me the chance to really learn about and appreciate each one of them. I research every country heavily before teaching the class. I also use my contacts from around the world as references.
For the craft, you will need: - brown or orange paper (thicker paper will work better) - scissors - black marker
Learners might need some parental supervision when using scissors while we craft.
