What do these books (and thousands more like them) have in common?  They've all been banned at one time or another.  I don't know about you, but that just makes me want to read them even more!  Let's get our rebellion on and read together, laugh together, discuss together, and maybe learn a little something along the way.  

We will not be limited to just the books listed here.  Each class will be a little different based on the direction the students in each section want to head.  There's no better way to learn than to be excited about the topic, so I encourage everyone to bring their own banned books to class, too.  

No previous knowledge is required.  No homework will be given.  After class trips to the library to find more banned books are absolutely encouraged.

Meaningful participation is encouraged, though no one will be put on the spot to answer or contribute.
