This class is an extension of my growth mindset class, where we discussed the importance of embracing challenges so that we can grow! In the class, we will go deeper and focus solely on the art of embracing challenges! Students will learn that challenges can actually be really good and, in the end, help us grow! We will discuss how challenges can be good, how they can help us grow, and how we can start embracing them ourselves. I will share tips from my studies as well as from my personal experience, and we will each workshop ways to embrace and overcome challenging skills that we are personally trying to grow in! I will teach this class with a slides presentation as well as an activity that we will walk through together. I'm super excited to work with your students on developing this super important life skill: the art of embracing challenges!
