Mabuhay! I am glad you found my class. This Tagalog Time experience has just the right kind of fun for students as they learn. Learners will get familiar with the days of the week, months of the year, colors, feelings, action words, numbers, etc. Students will be able to build their vocabulary skills as they are introduced to new words and phrases in each class.

This is a bilingual class. Students will enjoy the activities facilitated by the teacher while learning Tagalog. In each class, we sing songs, we read, we discuss, we learn something new, and we practice Tagalog.

This class is designed for learners who can manage to read a little bit (7-9 years old). This skill will help them participate more. I will be using slides and other visual aids to spark interest and enhance learning in a virtual classroom. Students will have an opportunity to interact with the teacher and get to know other students in class.

This Tagalog class is ongoing and will meet once per week. We will review the basics and add new words and concepts as we move along. Students will have the option to attend all the scheduled classes or join during the days they are available.
