I am a certified teacher with 15+ years of teaching in the public, private, homeschool, university model, online and private tutoring sector. I have been trained and utilized The Responsive Classroom technique for many years. The Responsive Classroom approach to teaching is comprised of a set of well-designed practices intended to create safe, joyful, and engaging classrooms and school communities. The emphasis is on helping students develop their academic, social, and emotional skills in a learning environment that is developmentally responsive to their strengths and needs.
I am a certified family and adult mediator through UW-Madison trained to resolve various conflicts. 
I am also a mental health workshop facilitator which provides resiliency skills to kids through games, role-playing, crafts, and Socratic group discussions.
