課堂經歷

Students will learn how to manage their emotions using strategies and concepts from this class. They will be able to distinguish their everyday feelings from overwhelming feelings, and how to deal with these overwhelming emotions. 
I hold a Bachelor of Arts Honours Specialization in Kinesiology and am now pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Intermediate/Senior (grades 7-12). I have been fortunate enough to be able to take classes on social emotional learning in youth and young adults. I have tutored, taught, and coached youth. I enjoy engaging youth and allowing them to help lead the lesson. 
Curriculum materials will be provided by the teacher. Students do not need to purchase any materials. 

Students will need approximately five sheets of blank paper (lined or white paper - either will work), four different coloured pencils, and a pencil.
