In this 30 minute class, we will wake up our bodies with some rebounding and get ready to greet the day! Rebounding (or jumping on a mini-trampoline) has been proven to improve balance and posture, help with spatial awareness, and much more! This activity is low-impact, which means it won't overly stress the body or joints. We will start off the session with a brief introduction followed by some safety tips.
