Welcome Padawans to this epic Lightsaber course where we will learn different poses, spins, and tricks to help you in your Jedi training! Each week we will build upon what was learned the previous week in skill and intensity, until you are ready to become a true Jedi Knight! At the end of the course, the Padawan will be able to show off their favorite moves in a routine that they create. Week 1Lesson 1Lightsaber training for beginners-Learn about the lightsaber -Poses -Basic spinsWeek 2Lesson 2Spins-Review and Sequence moves -Introduce Intermediate tricks -Intermediate spin movesWeek 3Lesson 3Intermediate tricks-Introduce 2 more intermediate tricks, including the Obi-Ani -Sequence moves -Bonus move for week 4Week 4Lesson 4Advanced tricks-Review -Add an extra "spin" to a previous move -Introduce 2 advanced moves, including Rey's lightsaber flip and a behind the back trickWeek 5Lesson 5Showcase-Review -Share sequence/routine
- The learners will be able to master their lightsaber skills and workout in a fun and interactive way based off of Star Wars.

They will also need to log in to the Outschool Classroom once they have completed the instructional video and submit their responses there. Lightsaber training is hard and takes a lot of practice and commitment. Continue to practice to perfect the skills.Assessment

Lightsaber made for spins and tricks (I can recommend good brands if needed) Space to move around Comfortable costume or clothing Water
Please make sure the learner has plenty of space to move around without damaging valuable objects with their lightsaber. They will need water and comfortable clothing/Star Wars costume.
