Students will be able to discuss their favorite characters with others. They will also learn some fun moves focusing on Superhero characters. They will learn the importance of exercising. 

I took fitness, health, and nutrition classes in college. I played sports all through high school. I work out on a daily basis using a variety of techniques. I love fitness and can't wait to teach your children some fun ways to work out and to create healthy lifestyle habits.

Each student learns and moves differently. This isn't a class of perfection, rather a class of moving and having fun. The student can go at their own pace. If there are moves they cannot do, they can improvise.
