Hello! I'm Ms. Shay, a passionate educator dedicated to nurturing the growth of elementary students in English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL). With years of experience in elementary education and school administration. I bring a warm, caring, and patient approach to each class, creating a welcoming, fun and supportive environment where young learners thrive.

My teaching philosophy centers on understanding each child's unique needs and fostering a love for learning. I believe that education should be engaging and accessible, which is why I use a variety of interactive and innovative teaching methods to capture the interest of my students and make complex ideas understandable.
