Welcome Pokemon! Are you ready for your next Pokemon Battle!? Each class we will exercise like a different Pokemon type. Students will each get to choose a Pokeball with a surprise Pokemon inside! We will discuss our strengths and weaknesses and different moves we would use as these Pokemon. I will guide the student slowly in the Pokemon move and then we will put on music to complete the move and get our workout. Students will need a clear area to move around and exercise. Be sure students have a safe place to exercise. Moves will be simple but younger learners may need guidance. Please try to stay off Camera the best you can but be there to help your learner if you if you think they need it. Make sure to have water ready for whenever your learner needs it!
