課堂經歷
Whether you are a budding writer, a poetry lover, a reluctant writer or reader looking to expand your horizons, or anything in between - this club is perfect for you! Each week we will discuss one poem together and learn a little bit more about the poet, poem, or theme / time period of the work. Students will also have the opportunity to write and / or share their own poems in the Outschool classroom. Topics include: -sonnets -haiku -limericks -acrostic poetry -nature poetry -poets from different regions -And more! We will discuss different forms of poetry, poetic structure, rhyme schemes, themes, the lives of poets, and more. While I will provide plenty of opportunities for learning and growth, this will be primarily a club intended to nurture a love for reading and writing poetry. *𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘴𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴-- 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘫𝘰𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘳𝘰𝘱 𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦, 𝘢𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬-𝘵𝘰-𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬!* Feel free to join in at any time!
