Hello, my name is Manuela and I am excited to meet your learner in the classroom! 

I an Early Childhood Educator and Montessori Assistant Teacher living in Canada. I offer a variety of courses in early learning and school-age. I offer classes such as circle time, baking, crafts, and phonics. I am always expanding and working towards adding more classes.

I hold a college diploma in Early Childhood Education, I also hold a post-grad certificate in Educational Assistant working with children with special needs. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Child Development. I've worked within childcare and school settings for over 10 years currently, I work full time as an assistant at a Montessori School in the toddler community, I am working towards pursuing my Montessori Toddler and Casa training in the near future. I have taught in many settings such as Before and Aftercare, childcare classrooms with all age groups, camp settings both day and residential camp teaching art, and other activities. I am also an online English as a Second Language Teacher. 

I have worked in the classroom setting for many years and have dived into the online classroom in February 2019 with VIPKid teaching English to children in China. I believe today's learning can be adapted outside the classroom walls and into multiple forms such as online to provide learners and parents access to rich educational content outside the traditional school setting.

In my spare time, I like to read, watch my favorite shows and movies, cook and bake, go out in nature, shop, and spend time with friends and family.
