Come join this one time class to learn all about Aunt Sam and the HOMESCHOOL POD of Language Arts and Math for grades K-3! As a veteran Homeschool Mom of 25 years, Aunt Sam has taught her 9 children to read, write and do arithmatic. :) She is excited to help you and your learner on your Homeschool Journey. In this one-time class, learners will be able to understand what Aunt Sam expects in the POD, get a feel of her teaching method and understand what the learner can expect from Aunt Sam! This is a discussion based class that will help learners get a "feel" if this LA/MATH Homeschool POD is the right choice for them. Come stop by! I have homeschooled my 9 children for 25 years, teaching them a wide range of subjects from grades K-8. I am familiar with and have used a variety of different curriculum. The curriculum suggested in the Materials section is the curriculum I used the most with the children. I am also, a substitute teacher for my local school district, teaching mainly elementary grades.
