課堂經歷
A minimum of 3 members must register for this session to take place. These martial arts workouts are designed to burn off some energy while learning a few martial arts moves. Through our sessions, we will take the first 5 minutes to go over how to throw newer strikes so we prevent injury. The next 10 minutes will be fast paced movement that will include numerous punching combinations, elbow and knee strikes and kicks. We will work the right and left side of the body so we are balanced....
The goal is simple....get some excersise! We will learn basic punches, kicks and blocks in an energetic way.
Please make sure there is enough room to throw strikes. In addition, make sure that the floor of which we would practice is not slippery as this can cause a student to fall and get hurt.
Since this is a physical course, it is recommended that parents stay close by.
