In this one time class students will learn basic cartooning through the use of numbers to use draw characters. I will teach in a live display of me and my sketch pad as I go through the steps one by one starting with the number/letter being taught. Creating a fun and interactive learning environment for the kids is very important and my top priority. Students will be able to interact with each other and the class when we introduce ourselves at the beginning when i do roll call and at the end...
Students will have more practice writing their numbers while learning basic cartooning skills to improve their drawing skills.
*Drawing paper / Paper without lines *A pencil with an eraser *Pack of colored pencils *2 colored markers (1 black, 1 any other color)
