Each student will have the opportunity to:

1) discuss their thoughts and feelings
2) learn how to understand about self and others
3) learn to cope with their feelings and emotions
4) learn to be grateful 
I’m blessed with having experience in counseling and helping countless children, teens, and young adults. I have also volunteered at a local county hospital to counsel teens that need to work through emotional issues and behavioral problems; cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and psychodynamic therapy were successfully applied in these contexts.  
I believe that our children and teens are bright individuals who, with the right emotional skills and guidance, can overcome anything, including their worries and concerns.  This class will be an interactive and fun class for students to learn how to manage their emotions!

This is an open, interactive class in which the student will be sharing any emotions and feelings that he or she is currently experiencing and would like to discuss.  During the class time, the students will learn to understanding their emotions and will be guided to manage them.
