年輕作家的日記寫作提示：學會表達自己！

Welcome to writing class! Students will explore a range of topics. I will use presentations, videos, and visuals for student engagement. We will always have some discussion or a game related to the content. 
The main focus of this class is for students to journal about topics that they can relate to! I will also make sure they reinforce grammar, sentence fluency, word choice, and spelling. In addition, I will provide a little writing checklist at the end of each writing sheet to ensure that students have some responsibility as well for their success in writing! Students will also have some take-home activities as well!
Here is the current tentative schedule

Week of
May 22nd: Write about a time you were really proud of yourself.
May 29th: Write about your favorite book characters.
June 5th: Write about your favorite holiday of the year.
June 12th: Write about cheering yourself up when you are feeling low.
