✨Welcome to the Character Design Class! Each week we will explore various styles and drawing strategies in anime, video games, and fantasy characters. ☘️ During class time, I will bring a different character and draw along with them. While we will use a specific style, and I will emphasize stylistic elements, each drawing does NOT need to look exactly like mine. Each learner will have the opportunity to express their ideas as they are creating their character. ☘️ Students will also have a chance to discuss characters within the theme, which will further enhance their social skills. ☘️ Students are welcome to drop into the class at any point during the year, and students who are at different levels are welcome to attend. November Week of November 3rd: Anime Character-studio Ghibli November 10th: Legend of Zelda-Link November 17th: FNAF: Glam Rock November 24th: Supermario: Mario December 1st: Avatar the last airbender-Aang December 8th: Anime Character- Studio Ghibli December 15th: Legend of Zelda-Zelda December 22nd: Holiday Break December 29th: Holiday Break January 8th: Supermario: Luigi January 13th: Baby Yoda January 21st: Princess Leia January 27th: Glamrock Foxy Students will then have a short exhibition-style critique of the works I look forward to having you in class!!
